Marketing is an activity which determines which products and services are delivered to customers to meet their needs and wants. It also includes selling strategies, business development procedures and communication to satisfy the end users. It is an incorporated system by which companies build customer relationship and also create value for themselves and for customers as well.

Customer is considered as king in marketing language because it revolves around customers need and satisfaction. In other words marketing is achieving organization goals by identifying the need and wants of target customers and delivering the expected satisfaction. Organizations have to provide the best quality product and services at reasonable prices to customers as compared to that of the competitors.

Marketing is a very vast phenomenon and is not possible to cover in a single article. Marketing mix is an important aspect of marketing management. For attracting customers and gaining high revenues it is necessary to understand all the necessary elements of marketing mix. These are
• Product
• Place
• Promotion
• Pricing

These are also known as 4P’s of marketing management. They are the managing tool that helps in attaining marketing goals and targets.

Product: the first P of marketing mix is product. It is the good and services that are made available to end users. The basic features of product include packaging, brand, style, usefulness and warranty services. With the advance technology people look for the product that not only fulfill their need but also provide them with satisfaction. Therefore it is necessary for all organizations to produce good quality products with a fresh brand and excellent warranty services.

Place (Distribution): second P is place. It means where the products and services are made available for customers. For the organizations who aim high profits have to organize their distribution channel effectively to sell their goods fast. A company may have large or short distribution channel depending on the type and kind of products.
Promotion: third and most important P is promotion. Promotion means informing customer and to force them to buy the products or use the services. Three basic aims of promotion are updating, convincing and reminding. Commonly used promotional techniques are sale promotion, advertising, direct marketing and personal selling.
Price: last but not the least is pricing. From customer point of view price is the cost they pay while using products and services. From seller point of view it is the revenues or profits that they gain in return of their products and services. Companies have to set prices of their products and services in accordance with their competitors to make loyal customers.

Efficient coordination in marketing mix is the secret of success. All organization is paying main focus on 4Ps to have good name in business world and earn maximum profit.

Life is not possible alone, everyone need someone close to share their happiness, sorrows and hidden emotions. That is why we look for people who are according to our taste and temperament and we got friendship with them. They are the one who believes us and love us for what we are and always support us in bad times and encourages us to keep our morals high. After family its friends who take cares of us and try to bring a smile on our face and make the things alright that are problematic for us.

A friend in every face and form is a friend and always close to heart but a good and sincere friend has the following qualities.

Sincerity: one of the basic needs of every relation is sincerity. If your friend is sincere to you from the core of his/her heart you will be comfortable in sharing your feelings with him/her. If he/she is not sincere with you they will reveal your secrets to others.

Honesty: the foundation stone of every relation is honesty. An honest friend is not only one who say yes to your every act but is one who stops you from doing wrong or bad things and encourages you towards your right goals. He/she will not be afraid in pinpointing your mistakes or flaws and always in search to please you and motivates you even in your wrong doings. An honest friend will tell you the truth even if it is unpleasant.

Understanding: good friends always understand each other feelings. They are the one who can make an idea of your feeling through your body language and recognize the sadness and worries behind the artificial smile on your lips. He/she not only relaxes you but will in search to find solution of the problem that is troubling you.
Supportive: a good, loyal and trustworthy friend is one who supports you fully and you can believe him/her from the deep inside of your heart. A good supportive friend is one who enjoys your success like their own and will never feel jealous of your success or rising career.

Listen closely: a sincere loyal friend is one who listens you from far distance and feels your silence and can read your eyes. When you have to share something like any good news or deep secrets he/she pay attention to you and listened you sincerely. At the same time they give you advice and make you understand about the realities.
Apart from all these qualities some other qualities are being caring in natures, dependable, trustworthy and respectable. It is very difficult to find all these qualities in a single friend but try to be sincere and honest with your friends and never let your sincere and loyal friends go.
